Frequently asked questions
How do I book?
Enter your ride in the booking form: the fixed price appears, then you pay online. No account needed. For an excursion or an event, send us a quote request.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, TWINT and Apple Pay, when you book.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 3 hours before pick-up. The earlier you book, the wider the choice of chauffeurs.
Can the price change?
No. The price shown when you book is the price you pay, with no hidden fees.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the ride. Between 24 and 6 hours before, 50% of the price is kept, then 100% less than 6 hours before.
What if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when you book so your chauffeur can take any delay into account.
Do you drive abroad?
Yes. Pick-up is in Switzerland and the destination can be in France, Italy or elsewhere in Europe.
